RASA YOGA

Rasa Yoga is a creative and soulful vinyasa practice that blends intelligent alignment with functional movement and mobility. Each class is an integrative experience, weaving together asana, biomechanics, mantra, mudra, breathwork, and storytelling through the lens of Tantric yoga philosophy. Rooted in both flow and form, Rasa Yoga offers a space for exploration, expression, and the full alchemy of practice—body, mind, and heart.

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a structured style of yoga that involves a specific sequence of postures performed in a flowing, continuous manner, synchronized with the breath.

Ashtanga, meaning “eight limbs,” is rooted in the ancient text Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and refers to the eightfold path of yoga, which includes ethical guidelines, self-discipline, physical postures, breath control, sensory withdrawal, concentration, meditation, and ultimately, spiritual liberation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that synchronizes movement with breath. In Vinyasa, each movement is coordinated with an inhale or exhale, creating a continuous flow of postures. The sequences vary widely from class to class, offering a creative, fluid, and sometimes fast-paced practice. The word “Vinyasa” comes from the Sanskrit term meaning “to place in a special way,” referring to the deliberate linking of movement and breath. This style is often seen as the “yoga of transitions,” as it emphasizes smooth transitions between poses.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on long-held, passive postures—typically held for 3 to 5 minutes or more. Unlike more dynamic styles of yoga that emphasize muscular engagement, Yin Yoga targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints.

This practice is also deeply influenced by the energetic principles of Classical Chinese Medicine, particularly the Five Elements and meridian theory. Postures are designed to stimulate the body’s internal energy channels, or meridians, helping to restore balance, release stagnation, and support overall vitality. By embracing stillness and sustained holds, Yin Yoga offers a unique opportunity to turn inward, regulate the nervous system, and explore a deeper sense of presence and ease.
